Since the technology of drone, also called as unmanned aerial vehicles, become mature in these years, delivery services can be faster, cheaper and transportation-ease with the help of drones when ordering emergency necessities or daily using stuffs.

Suppose that a dying patient is sent to a hospital and the hospital doesn’t have the type of blood restored. Or if you are needing just a piece of important document in urgent, the USPS EMS will cost over 25 $ and still need an overnight wait as usual. Also, the traditional delivery trucks are so large-size that will distribute to the traffic jam on the road to some extent.

However, the three dilemmas can be solved by drone delivery. Drones can cross miles within minutes, cost low labor and will not take the space on road. Since the value of drone activity emerging dramatically from $40 million in 2012 to about $1 billion in 2017, the application of commercial drones will be a hit in the market.

Still, the management of drone lines, landing or launching space and the air space safety need integrated planning and intelligence algorithm.
