Code of conduct
1) No selling to members: You may do business with other members, but may not pitch or solicit business with other members unless it is at a specific sales event.
2) 100% attendance: There are 10 meetings a years. All members are expected to attend them all unless there is a real emergency.
3) 100% confidentiality: No peer group conversations may be shared with anyone outside of the group in any form what so ever.
4) Hold peers to account: If members commit to something and don’t do it you should ask why.
5) Be civil: All members are expected to have the highest standards of respect and manners.
6) Stick to time: Please keep to the time designated.
7) Stay on topic: One conversation at a time. Stick to the agenda.
