How to Like, Bookmark and Share Articles in the Clane App
When we were working on the design for Clane News, we were interested in creating a feature that would encourage user engagement and interaction. We wanted our readers to enjoy reading and sharing interesting stories they discovered in their news dashboard.
We knew it was important to give our users the ability to like and share their favourite articles as well as save news stories they wanted to read later in the day.
In this article, we’re going to show you how to like, bookmark and share news articles to your social media pages and messaging apps.
How to like an article:
- Tap on any article in your dashboard
- Read the 60 word summary
- Like the story by tapping the ‘thumbs up’ icon located below the story.
How to bookmark an article:
- Tap on any article in your dashboard
- Save an article to read for later by tapping the ‘bookmark’ icon located underneath the summary of the story
- You can find your bookmarked articles in your news dashboard.
How to share an article:
- Tap on your preferred article
- Read the 60 word summary
- Tap the ‘share’ icon located underneath the story
- Share the article to social media or any social messaging app.
