Classes Beta is here to fix your communication online

Communication is at the core of educational process, and the online side of it grows as fast as technology weaves into our everyday life. There are many ways for students and teachers to communicate online — via email, discussion boards, social media, chats, etc. The problem is that none of these work equally well for teachers and students, so everyone either uses different technologies or multiple ones simultaneously.

Educators rely mainly on discussion boards to encourage collaboration and feedback, but they have a hard time getting any traction there. Students prefer having a quick discussion on social media, rather than diving into complex hierarchies of scattered topics on discussion boards. Without a common ground for both: students and teachers, the communication is scattered, lacks control and takes a lot of time to maintain. It’s almost the opposite of what human interaction must be.

We believe that communication online must be fast, productive and inclusive for everyone, so we designed Classes.

Classes is a messaging app that combines simplicity and convenience of a chat with control and structure of discussion boards.
