As with every virus, there are many common symptoms. An article by Jill Seladi-Schulman, Ph.D. and Daniel Murrell M.D. at Healthline details some of the common symptoms carried by viral fever:

  • chills
  • sweating
  • dehydration
  • headache
  • muscle aches and pains
  • a feeling of weakness
  • loss of appetite

In that same vein, another article by Rachael Link MS, RD illustrates some of the signs and symptoms of stress and anxiety:

  • headaches
  • chronic pain
  • frequent sickness
  • decreased energy
  • digestive issues
  • depression
  • sweating
