What does it mean to be a mentor?

Our athlete mentors are in the thick of training and competition, showing their students in real time how to use the skills they are talking about in monthly video lessons. As a mentor, you would:

  • Provide 8 lesson videos (done before the school year begins).
  • Give students quick monthly update videos in a private community from wherever you’re training or working around the world.
  • Comment on student work within the community or let students know how proud of them you are.
  • Two virtual Zoom chats with your classroom a year.

100% of athlete-mentors report that participating in the program helped them prepare for life after sport.
