If you don’t already know, my name is Claudia and I am a holistic lifestyle coach and personal trainer.
As a certified personal trainer with my own fitness studio and qualifications in nutrition, mindfulness, meditation and cognitive behavioural therapy, I use these resources and an integrative approach to the mind, body and soul to improve clients health from the inside out.
It is understood now more than ever that there is a direct correlation between a healthy person, a healthy mind, and a healthy life. Taking a holistic approach requires the body as a whole to all work in perfect harmony.
My passion and purpose is to help my clients become the best version of themselves. Nothing inspires me more than creating long-lasting and sustainable positive change in others. My motivation is giving you the nudge you need, being your personal cheerleader and unlocking the courage to step out of their comfort zone, become that bit more fearless to not stop until you get the results you want. Watching the transformation of someone not just physically but mentally is truly satisfying and why I love doing what I do.
