Regret Is Apart Of Life.

In life, we all do things we regret. We all always wish we could rewind time and change how something happened. Regret is the worst type of pain anyone can experience, simply because all you can do is accept it. You can’t go back a day, you can’t go back a month, whatever’s happened has happened. Time will never wait for you, so whenever we f*ck up, we’ve got to keep moving. Life really isn’t easy, we will all do something we will regret in the future whether you like it or not.

1: Embrace Failure

The first thing you need to do is embrace failure. Failure is not a negative, you might think that, but it actually isn’t. Mistakes and failures are inevitable in life. Instead of avoiding them or allowing them to bring you down, embrace them as valuable learning experiences. You can only ever win if you fail, failures are the ones who win the most. Winners don’t win forever.

When you fail, it gives you a better understanding of what went wrong and how you should improve it. The only way to get better at anything is to fail, you literally need to fail to win. The only way you are a true failure is when you allow that failure to bring you down

2: Taking Responsibility For Your Actions

Everyone’s responsible for their own actions, blaming others will only stunt your growth and make you weaker. You have to be willing to accept the fact that you f*cked up, and you’re the problem. It can be hard to accept, but if you know deep down that you were the problem, then you need to accept that. By taking ownership of your decisions, you gain the power to shape your life in a positive direction. You f*cked up, so now you know how to improve. When you accept that you were the problem, you know what to do to make sure that doesn’t happen again.

If you don’t take responsibility for your actions, you can’t improve who you are. You were the problem, so if that same thing happens again, don’t be surprised because you didn’t take responsibility the first time. You blamed it on someone else, so if that same thing happens again, you can only blame yourself. It’s better to take responsibility for your actions immediately.

3: Embrace Continuous Learning

You will never get to a certain stage in life where you think you know everything because trust me you don’t. Even the smartest people have areas they can improve. Like if you’re someone who thinks they know everything then all of a sudden something goes wrong which you don’t know to improve on, then that right there just shows that in life all you’re never going to be perfect at a certain thing, you can only get better improvements.

4: Have The Right Friends!!

Being around friends who like to put themselves in trouble or in danger isn’t the best option. Trust me it might be fun, and you might not want to miss out on that opportunity to have fun with them but remember, regret exists. You need to tell yourself if a few minutes of fun is worth months to years of regret depending on whatever happens. Let them be annoyed that you didn’t come with them, you just need to know that you did the right thing, and you saved yourself from suffering later on.

You shouldn’t even be around those “so-called friends” whose only sense of enjoyment is being in danger or getting in trouble. You need friends who know how to create happiness and excitement without doing anything they will regret doing in the future. It might not be easy to leave those friends but trust me it will be worth the years of suffering that could come if you guys did the wrong thing.
