You Aren’t More Productive Just Because You’re Busy
You can be busy without being productive
Yesterday I’ve been pretty busy. All day long.

I spent most of my time preparing a tender document. I had to go back and forth to my supervisor’s office. And then to his supervisor’s office.
First, I prepared the draft document and took it to my supervisor. He gave me some corrections and sent me back. I applied those corrections and took the document back to him.
He reviewed it and further corrected some corrections he suggested earlier. And he wasn’t even kidding. He suggested corrections and sent me back in total three times.
How could someone suggest multiple corrections on his prior corrections?
After several iterations, I thought the draft was ready. I gave a sigh of relief. Little did I know it was just the teaser.
My supervisor took me along with the draft to his supervisor. His supervisor couldn’t just let it go without suggesting some corrections. He suggested some corrections and sent me back.
