“where there is no struggle, there is no strength.” — Oprah Winfrey

Life can be full of gifts, but life can also be full of hardships. Life can be full of problems, but life can also be full of enjoyment and positivity. The thing is, most people tend to base their entire life based off of a specific chapter in their life that has occurred.

You focus so much on the negatives that you forget about all the good things you experienced in life. Life is all about happiness, and it’s your job to fulfil that. Focusing on the things that do not benefit your life is causing you to view your own life in the wrong way.

For example, you wonder why friends & family or loved ones can see the beauty in you, but you can’t see the beauty in yourself. Someone could call you cute, yet you look in the mirror and find reasons that neglect that opinion.

We spend so many years of our lives worrying about our looks, focusing on the bad things, and not expressing positivity or finding any way to achieve it. One bad chapter in your life does not determine your overall experience on earth. No matter how big that problem might be, if you keep moving forward good things are yet to come.

“the way I see it, if you want a rainbow, you gotta put up with the rain.” -Dolly Parton

You have to survive the negatives in order to reach the positives. Nobody's life is perfect, we all go through our own struggles and that’s normal. Good things don’t come naturally, you have to put in some effort to make it happen.

Never ask yourself why your life is so boring if you aren’t doing anything to make it more enjoyable. Good opportunities don’t come to you, you go to them. If you want something to happen, you need to make it happen. Life is like a book, a book has sufferings, plot twists, and happy endings. You will suffer, things will change, and you will experience happiness in the end, but that will only happen if you do something that will make it happen.

Once you experience something negative, skip to the next page and go and do something enjoyable. Hang out with your friends, play video games, by all means, do something that is going to put a smile on your face. Don’t stay trapped on one page and allow all that negativity to consume you, the faster you move on and focus on the positive aspects of life, the faster you will recover and enjoy your life.

“you have successfully succeeded in life when all you really want is all you really need.” — Veron Howard

Life doesn’t give you what you want, you go and get it. Your life holds value because there is something valuable you want and you have the potential to achieve it. What I’m implying is that if there is a goal, a desire, or a wish you want to fulfil, you need to go and achieve that. Dreams and desires are not meant to be thoughts, if you want it, they’re meant to be in your reality.

Now is your time to realize the value your life beholds so start achieving that desire. You will face problems and you will doubt your capabilities, but if you really want it, you would do anything to get it. It doesn’t matter if there is someone else who is better than you, you have the potential to be best at whatever you do if you put in the work.

Your age doesn’t matter, your gender doesn’t matter, if you have a clear goal, you can achieve it. Don’t let any opinion stop you, don’t let your thoughts stop you, by all means, you work till you get what you want. I even have an E-Book that has EVERYTHING you need to know about the journey to success, feel free to check it out :)

the most valuable thing I have learnt from life is to regret nothing. -Somerset Maugham

Everything you have experienced has happened for a reason. All that negativity you experienced has taught you a lesson. People making fun of you has taught you that not everyone you meet can be a good person, and that there are certain people you should aim to avoid to protect your mentality. Losing a loved one teaches you that you should appreciate every single person who still is around and benefits your life. Never miss an opportunity to hang out with that person, because your last time seeing them could come at any moment.

You may regret certain things you have done throughout your life, but that has taught you the rights and the wrongs. You tested the consequences of your actions so you now know what the right thing you should be doing is. Learning from our actions helps us become a better person and understand that certain things lead to consequences.

Thank you all so much for reading, once again feel free to check out my E-Book because I can guarantee it will help you achieve your goals. Have a good day!
