Clearbanc is the 2017 National Innovation Award Recipient!

We Won! The Clearbanc team are very excited to share we received the 2017 National Innovation Award from Startup Canada, a grassroots network of entrepreneurs working together to build an environment for entrepreneurship in Canada.

The Startup Canada Awards recognize companies and Canadians who are driving impact and demonstrating excellence in Canada’s entrepreneurship and innovation community.

Each year, hundreds of nominations pour in from across Canada, and thousands come together to celebrate both the regional winners at local ceremonies in startup spaces and education hubs and the national winners at the spectacular annual Startup Canada Awards gala in Ottawa.

The Startup Canada Innovation Award is awarded to a “Canadian company exhibiting excellence in innovation, in any sector, through leveraging new knowledge or technology to solve real world problems. Proof can be demonstrated through innovative business practices such as new business models and strategies, organizational development, and/or product and services creativity.”

We are honored to receive this award as we work diligently to provide financing solutions for the everyday entrepreneur. We believe entrepreneurs can change the way we live, engage and work. Their innovations can improve all our lives and we love being a part of their growth and development.

Founded in May 2012, Startup Canada has quickly become the most recognized, energized and active entrepreneurship organization in Canada. Startup Canada has mentored more than 20,000 Canadians and has grown to represent more than 80,000 entrepreneurs, 400 enterprise support partners, 300 volunteers and 20 Startup Communities from coast to coast.
