Our successes and errors at the exhibition “Blokchain Expo — 2018” in Amsterdam

In general, it turned out quite well, but many mistakes could be avoided if we chose the stand several months before the exhibition.

1. The stand is very desirable to have either angular, or shallow and long. In this we were lucky — we had 6 square meters on the corner.
2. The shallow (1 meter) and long (3 meters) stand would be twice as cheap and almost as useful, because at such stands staff and inscriptions are closer to visitors.
3. The stand must be turned towards the entrance. Passing visitors should immediately see at least one of walls without turning the head. We did not get such a good place.
4. Locations near toilets collect more traffic.
5. Promoters must aggressively catch people walking by. We understood this only by the middle of the first day of the exhibition
We offer a mass product for little money, so this advice may be useless for other businesses.
6. In order to make works of promoters easier, promotional materials must be original and, ideally, useful.
We gave out the qualitatively made Door Hanger (like “Do not Disturb”, but with the information of our TOKEN SALE). People took them with great pleasure.
7. The places near the restaurants were good. We, unfortunately, did not know that the exhibitors had free food and that’s why there always were queues there.
8. The main idea of the proposal should be printed large, bright and high.
