Introducing Tracy Fletcher who joins Clear Factor as a Non-Executive Director

Recently Clear Factor was pleased to announce that Tracy Fletcher joined the board as a Non-Executive Director.
Tracy brings a wealth of experience from working at a senior level in the banking and financial services industries, including HSBC, where she worked before founding Campbell and Fletcher Limited twelve years ago, a company that specialises in the placement of senior personnel into the commercial, corporate and private banking sector, in addition to alternative finance providers, ABLs and fintechs.
Tracy joins Clear Factor’s board as an expert in running a SME business. She understands the challenges facing small business owners such as growth, finance and people management. Having started her business at the height of the financial crisis, Tracy has first hand experience of the challenges related to finding the right working capital.
