ClearGraph makes data discovery fast and intuitive through our Knowledge Graph Search. Searching the Knowledge Graph Ontology helps bring visibility to the definition, usage and meaning of specified components within your broader data set.

We will explore some examples below using Giant Bank, a demo data set for a retail bank.

Note: This is part 2 in our series covering Knowledge Graph Search. Read the series overview to see other types of searches available in ClearGraph.

Search components and get definitions

Each component of the Knowledge Graph Ontology (Services, Resources, Fields, Joins, and Enumerable values) has an overview page of with info on the meaning and proper usage during analysis. These ontology components show up in search results along with their definitions. Clicking on a result brings you to it’s overview page
