ClearQuote adds new functionality to help fleet managers to view the latest condition of their fleet and manage repairs
Creating “digital twins” of a fleet gives fleet managers complete understanding of their fleet condition and plan repairs better.
With addition of new functionality, fleet managers can view the most updated condition of a vehicle with all its damages (identified from all previous inspections) with associated images in one place — the latest status of a fleet vehicle. Along with this comes the ability to update repair status of each individual damage or part in the vehicle.

- How does one get to know the latest condition of each of their vehicles without trawling through a ton of paperwork or inspection reports?

Images of fleet vehicles captured during inspections via the ClearQuote app are automatically analysed and damages identified. With the new Vehicle details feature, fleet managers can see all of the following in one place -
👀 View Latest Status: A clear and comprehensive overview of each vehicle and its most updated damage condition, listing and displaying each unique damage (with a Damage ID, type of damage and related images).
🔍 Review Historical Damages: Easily access full history of damages on any vehicle, when they were first identified, driver associated with the inspection, current repair status and related images. This includes damages on the vehicle that could have been repaired previously..
✅ Update Repair Status: Damage repair status can be effortlessly updated for each vehicle & damage.This will help fleet managers plan repairs better — address severe damages (and possible compliance issues) right away and put aside others for later to minimise downtime of the vehicle .
