Project update 9 August

While we have continued with breaking out concrete defects below the bridge during last week, we have also begun the process of reinstalling the heritage kerbs on the east side of the bridge deck. We are also reminding pedestrians and cyclists that are using the bridge there are a series of repairs are now taking place from August 9 to August 23 and September 13 to September 16 that will mean the current emergency vehicle access route will be closed. Cyclists will also need to dismount and use the pedestrian walkway during these periods.
