3-Ingredient Chia Pudding
A Delicious, Easy and Healthy Snack!

This recipe is my go-to healthy breakfast. It is light, delicious, and super easy! This is good as a dessert, for meal prep, or an anytime sweet snack!
You can make this recipe your own, adding fruit, nut butter, nuts, chocolate, spices, coconut, anything you like. I hope you enjoy this dish as much as I do! It is fun to make and feels good to eat!
Ingredients:
- 3 Tablespoons of chia seeds
- ¾ cup milk of your choice (including almond, oat, cashew, or coconut)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or a sweetener of your choice)
- Any fruit of your choosing such as berries, mango, bananas, etc. You can also add your favorite nut butter, spices, nuts, or chocolate. (optional)
Preparation:
- Mix all ingredients (not including the fruit) in a jar, bowl, or any container of your choosing.
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes then mix. Refrigerate for another 2 hours or overnight. (I refrigerate overnight and have it for breakfast!)
- Add in all your favorite fruits or mix-ins and make it your own!
- Enjoy!
This recipe is dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan, and free of refined sugars.
