Chocolate Covered Bananas
A Great Healthy Summer Treat!

This treat is perfect for the family during a hot summer day or to fill that sweet tooth with something healthier!
Ingredients:
- 3 bananas
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
- 1–2 Tablespoons coconut oil
- Topping of choice: cereal, nuts, sprinkles, freese dried fruit, pretzles etc.
- 6 popsicle sticks
Preparation:
- Line a baking sheet with wax or parchment paper
- Cut bananas in half, through the middle
- Put popsicle sticks through the bottom
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together, in the microwave in 30-second increments or a double boiler, stirring until completly melted
- Carfully dip each banana in chocolate until almost fully covered
- Place each on the baking sheet after dipping and immediatly add toppings
- Put the tray in the freezer for a few minutes for the chocolate to harden or for a few hours if you want frozen chocolate covered bananas.
- Enjoy!
