Ingredients:

  • 1 can of uncooked refrigerated biscuit dough
  • Tomato sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Your favorite pizza toppings (optional)

Preparation:

  • Preheat your waffle maker
  • Take one uncooked biscuit out of the can and split it in half
  • Spray your waffle iron with non-stick spray
  • Place one-half of the biscuit dough on the waffle iron and add about 1–2 teaspoons of tomato sauce into the middle of the dough.
  • You can add your desired amount of cheese and toppings, but make sure not to add too much or it will leak out the sides of your dough.
  • Place the other half of your biscuit on top and close the waffle iron
  • Cook for about 2–3 minutes pressing down occasionally until medium brown in color
  • Take the pizza off the waffle iron and let cool for a minute.
  • Enjoy!

Makes about 8 biscuits (more or less depending on how many biscuits you have in a can)
