Healthy Baked Peach Dessert

I hope you enjoy this healthy, sweet, and quick dessert! Make this dish your own with all of your favorite toppings!

Ingredients:

  • 1 large rip peach- halfed and pitted
  • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup/honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • A dash of cloves
  • A pinch of salt (optional)

Optional Toppings:

  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Whipped cream
  • Yogurt
  • Chopped nuts
  • granola

Preparation:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (176°C)
  • Place peach halves in a lined baking dish
  • In a small bowl mix maple syrup/honey, vanilla, cinnamon, cloves, and salt
  • Drizzle all of the mixture onto peach halves
  • Bake in the oven for 20–25 minutes or until golden color and tender
  • Finish with your favorite toppings
  • Enjoy!
