We’re super excited to announce a new feature that’s going to revolutionize the way you work:

Email in ClickUp!

With our new Email ClickApp, you can now fully integrate your email with ClickUp to manage your work and emails — all in the same place.

This means you can send and receive emails directly from ClickUp tasks as easily as posting comments!

This helps your team save time, keep conversations organized alongside relevant work, and maintain total visibility within email communications.

You can now:

  • Send and receive emails directly within ClickUp tasks
  • Organize and include email threads into comments or threaded comments
  • Add attachments, Forms, templated responses, signatures, Automations, and more

We’ve used this feature internally to assign emails to team members, send email to applicants, collaborate on sends and replies, and to trigger automations based on Custom Fields, customer events, and even bug tracking. The possibilities are limitless.
