You don’t need to know it all.

One of the biggest pieces of advice I’ve gotten and now seen in someone else’s life is to learn as you go.

When you start to think through every possible situation that can happen you will put yourself either into one of two situations. Analysis paralysis where you have way too many choices. Or anxiety where you are so worried you can’t focus on the current moment and what you do know for certain.

I’ve put myself through both of them way too many times.

You don’t have to know absolutely everything unless you are a surgeon or a member of an elite special forces team or going to space. Even then you are working with a team of people who all have the same goal. Everyone can work where they work best leading to a successful mission.

Start Simple

Start with what you know and go from there. Get the basic tools you need and start.

Even if you know what tools you will need eventually don’t let not having them hold you back from starting.
