Keyla Terrones joins the Clift & Co. team as the new legislative assistant. Keyla is a born and raised Nevadan with a goal of making a positive impact in our community through her political activism, financial education, and bilingualism.

She recently graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a bachelor’s degree in international business with an emphasis in finance and a minor in Spanish translation. Her strength lies in assessing the details of any issue she is presented with and dedicating herself to finding every possible solution that yields the highest return, whether monetary or not.

“Clift & Co. is a bridge between policy and community that allows us to inform our fellow Nevadans of beneficial policies for emerging technologies. As a first generation grad who specialized in finance, I am ready to join the mission and share my financial knowledge with the community especially those, who like me, have seeked guidance through institutions.”

Keyla’s efficiency and skills will allow for a smooth transition in personnel for our team as well as our clients. With her experience at Allstate Insurance Company and as administrative assistant for family-owned company, Rebeca’s Housekeeping, she has become skilled in sales, customer representation and conflict resolution. Through local entertainment business, Amplified ENT, she also gained experience in social media management, design, and brand reputation — viable to Clift & Co.’s capabilities.

“Working with Clift & Co, I can better improve my community by way of influencing bills and policymakers to consider the greater good of our citizens,” Terrones said, “I come from a humble immigrant family who taught me that skills, professionalism, and education will give me a brighter future. I advocate for all humans but have a strong focus on uplifting my Hispanic community and the challenges we face as a minority. Working with Clift & Co, I not only represent our clients but our Hispanic population as well. Latinos on the rise!”

Keyla’s education will work to give our services a financial angle, providing our clients with even an added perspective. Her Spanish translation education and experience will spread our services wider, opening ourselves and our clients to the growing Hispanic market.

“We are excited to have Keyla on our team and look forward to the vast skill set she has to offer,” Ethan Clift, founder of Clift & Co. said, “Her dedication to details will serve us well as we grow.”
