Oxfords dictionary defines climate as the weather conditions prevailing in an area in general or over a long period. That being said Climate change is the act of drastic change in weather; as an illustration, the melting of glaciers, extreme heat, floods, droughts, etc. In 2016 NASA and NOAA reported that it was the hottest year on Earth ever recorded, with record-breaking climates only a year ago, the projection of a new record-breaking year is upon us.

In detail as a result of the hottest year, places such as Greenland was a primary example to prove what came along with this record. 2016 was the year Greenland experienced the reality of climate change more than ever, through large-scale glaciers melting. Through melting came dangerous outcomes, Greenland was causing tsunamis and glacial earthquakes leaving its country in awe.
