As we commemorate World Environment Day today, The International Climate Change Development Initiative’s launch #MyPlasticStoryNG which reminds us that plastic, while useful, is an environmental issue that needs our attention and action. It features a personal documentary on plastic and actions taken to combat environmental pollution. In Addition, cash rewards are awarded to participants for their efforts made.
How to be part of this:
1. Take a picture of yourself surrounded by plastic waste.
2. Tell a story about how we can combat the pollution caused by plastic.
3. Tag @ClimateWed on Twitter & Instagram with the hashtags #MyPlasticStoryNG and #BeatPlasticPollution. Get your family and friends to engage with your post.
4. Cash prizes of ₦100,000, ₦60,000, and ₦40,000 are awarded to the top three entries.
