So what is Clued Upp Games and why should you part with your hard-earned cash and brave the January weather in Margate
Clued up games began in 2016 with downloadable paper packs for locations across the UK. 2017 saw the company expand into the realms of mobile technology. Their app launched and Clued Upp games went from strength to strength. In the beginning, there were just 30 teams by the end of 2017 they had a massive leap to regular events bringing in the 1000’s. In 2018 the company launched their first event outside of the UK in Manhattan. It wasn't long before they had spread across the USA and into Canada.

After a brief pause for Covid restrictions, when people were able to mix again and outside activities were encouraged Clued Upp Games were able to deliver. With no need to mix with anyone else than the people in your bubble it was a safe and fun activity to do in the great outdoors. 1000’s took part in events worldwide, making them the worlds biggest geogaming events company. Geogaming are games that can be played on mobile devices using positioning technology like GPS, (Global Positioning Technology). Like Geocaching is a treasure hunt with GPS coordinates, geogames are set up based on your location and you follow the clues on the app and the event unfolds.
In just six years the company has grown exponentially and its main aim is to provide a unique experience globally, that can be enjoyed by everyone of all ages and abilities. Not only do they offer amazing days out for family and friends you can also book bespoke team building days for a company day out with a difference.
