Chloe’s medical treatments

Chloe said that she was suffering from bipolar disorder because of the accumulation of study pressure and the pressure of student union work, and her failure to adjust her emotions in time also contributed to this. During the period, she continued to suffer from insomnia for years, with less than five hours of sleep per day, her memory and appetite were declining, and her lack of sleep caused her difficulty in concentration. Before the illness, Chloe was a person with a positive life and strong social ability, but after that, she experienced light-phobia and reduced outdoor activities and conversations.
Bipolar disorder is difficult to overcome on one’s own. After receiving treatment, Chloe started to reduced her feelings of blame. The encouragement and acceptance of relatives and friends are very important. They help her release stress and stabilize her mood.

For a bipolar disorder that occurred to her, Chloe had a strong empathy with other patients with mental illness and chose to serve them by receiving counsel on mental problems.
Chloe said that bipolar disorder is difficult to heal, and apparently it will follow us for a long time, we need to learn to live with it.
