CMU Week — Last Episode

It shall be the last post for CMU Week. Had a final presentation on Friday and a final exam on Sunday. Now, I finally graduated from CMU! Still felt like nothing had ended because I was still looking for a job and got rejected by Apple at the week, but I slowly learned to let go quickly and believed that the future would be better. It had been a difficult 6 months, applying to 1000+ jobs but got no offer. Yet, I most likely bought some time from our studio project client because they’d offer contract or part-time job for me to not use my unemployment days for my visa. Anyways, all the best to future me. 2024 shall be better and brighter. Thanks to all the opportunities CMU gave me, and see you all at my next journey.

PS. I will edit all the CMU Week, and put them all together, write a few blogs for CMU 3rd and 4th semesters wrap-up, which I already had 1st and 2nd semester in Mandarin and plan to translate them using ChatGPT, and an article for my low GPA CS, CE Master applying experience, and an article for job hunting experience in this cold winter market. I’ve also been thinking about what my next blog topic would be, perhaps something related to autonomous vehicles. All of these have been in my mind, I’d like to really take some time to write high-quality blog posts, but job comes first so look forward to it :)
