Printing reports with multiple options Creates a user-friendly experience
COVID-19 has bought unprecedented challenges all over the world. Particularly in the health care industry field since its outbreak, various countries got affected in terms of economic and other losses. Due to this outbreak, the healthcare sector was one of the worst affected. Also, it needed the most investment and had to respond quickly and effectively to manage this crisis. Printing reports with multiple options enables the user to print reports according to the requirement. Suppose there might be multiple tests that the patient has taken but which test report has to be printed can be selected by the user at his and the patient's convenience.
What are the options?
There are five different options to print a report.
- Selected tests on the same page.
- Selected tests on the different pages.
- Selected tests with PG group.
- Enable wild card print.
- Disable wild card print.
How this works:
There might be any number of tests that patients might have taken that can be seen by clicking on the patient card. So after clicking we can see how many tests that patients have been registered for and after the reports are in, we can click publish button to see all the available printing options.
Selected tests on the same page: This option enables the user to print the reports of all the tests on the same page.
Selected tests on the different pages: This option enables the user to print selected tests on the different pages.
Selected tests with PG group: This option enables the user to print those tests with the same PG (number) in the same and remaining tests on different pages.
Enable wild card print: This option is very useful if in the case when there is an emergency enabling the wildcard print option by clicking the MISC button will give immediate test reports print.
Disable Wild card print: This option will disable the option of wild card print. In case a test report has been printing after enabling the wild card print, it is important that the wild card is disabled afterward.
All the above options enable the user to print all the test reports with various print options.
