As we know how difficult, and time-consuming it is to deliver medical reports, messages, and other information with the traditional approach in which the testing is done and reports need to be collected by visiting the lab. So, solving this problem “Cloud Pathology” came up with multiple options of delivering the report to multiple users at a time. Now you can send reports to users over WhatsApp, E-mail, and SMS with just one click.

Cloud Pathology has multiple options that benefit users by providing user-friendliness and time savvy one of those options is sharing medical and other relevant information through WhatsApp, E-mail, and SMS.

Just click the patient ID bar then select the test reports which need to be sent to patients. Select the tests whose report needs to be sent, click on the publish button to see multiple options. Users from there can see options of sending E-mail, send WhatsApp, and send SMS. From this three users can choose to deliver reports from any of three options.

Message Customization:
Cloud pathology has enabled even customized options of sharing a report and has different additional options while sharing through different mediums. They are:

E-mail:
E-mail sharing has multiple sub-options available in it. so, users can select how to send the report and whom to send it. If the user wants to send the report to the patient’s E-mail and the doctor’s mail, he can tick on the doctor’s E-mail check box to send the report to the doctor’s email. Similarly, he can tick on that particular check box to send the report to a particular E-mail available. Apart from these options user can also customize E-mail to write his message. The user can also set the timing for the E-mail that he wants to send to the user. After setting the time that he wants to deliver after so, the message will be delivered after that period with don’t deliver and before options.

Composing SMS option:
SMS option allows the user to customize his message supporting multiple mobile numbers at a time. So, the user can tick on those checklists to whom he wants to send reports along with the patient’s E-mail ID. For example, the user can tick on the ‘Doctor Phone’ checklist to add a doctor’s mobile number to send SMS that he wants to send this way user can send messages to multiple members from the available list. The message can also be customized in the text box below and also add a time to the message that he wants to deliver so that message will be delivered after that period with the use of don’t deliver and before options and last in the place holders box user can select to see that link of PDF report formats that he wants to send once everything is set the right user can send the message by clicking button send.

Sharing report on WhatsApp also has sub-options in it. Users can share the report through WhatsApp to the patient, or referral doctor or hospital agency, or other phone numbers that the user wants to send. All these options are available to users to send reports to patients through WhatsApp. WhatsApp Web needs to be logged in to avail the option of sending reports to referral doctor or agency other than that the report (in a PDF format)will automatically be delivered to the patient without selecting any additional option.
