If a user makes a mistake in filling out the referring doctor or agency while registering a patient it can be changed easily by clicking on the patient card and updating the information. But in case the mistake is made while registering patients in bulk. Then what?
The new Cloud Pathology feature Bulk agency/doctor update can be used to change the referring doctor and the agency information of multiple patients altogether.
It is not just about mistakes made during registration, in case a new agency is created for any of the referring doctors and all the registrations need to be moved to the newly created agency. It can also be conveniently done via Bulk agency/doctor update.
How to do it?
1.) Select the bills on which the referring doctor or the agency needs to be updated.
2.) After selecting the bills, click on MORE
3.) Go to Bulk options and select Bulk agency/ doctor update.
4.) Click on what you want to change and select from the list which doctor or agency you want as the updated one
5.) Click on submit and the information will be updated.
