On fear and the freedom it provides

Fear is infinite. You may think it’s gone but it usually strikes back taking on a different shape.

Hardly any life experience or philosophy can save you from that.

Once you deal with falling asleep with no lights on you’ve gotta face another fears.

Like fear of going to job you hate.

Or fear of losing your children.

Overcoming fears takes us onwards. To face another fears.

Scary, huh? Or maybe pointless? Give me a second. Here’s what I’ve observed.

The freedom in life doesn’t seem to have anything in common with doing what you desire.

To me the freedom in life starts and ends with being able to constantly overcome your fears. Over and over.

So there is nothing wrong about confronting fear. But it’s wrong to be affraid.

People who are able to admit their fear are not affraid.

And those are the people who are much closer to achieve freedom in life.

Because they realize the fear of certain things means a challenge.

An urge to do those things.

So they do things fear tells them not to do.

Whether it’s starting a family or business.

Or writing blog posts.
