Pierre Jeanneret was a visionary of modernist architecture and designer. He pioneered a new aesthetic vocabulary that placed function and order over embellishment — Jeanneret’s work imbuing the strict geometry of modernism with energetic diagonals and lighter materials like cane and wood. In the early 1950s Jeanneret joined his cousin, renown architect LeCorbusier, in Chandigarh, India, where they embarked on a massive urban-planning project, laying out the city and designing buildings and furniture. Though Corbusier abandoned the project halfway through, Jeanneret remained for 15 years as the project’s chief architect. The city remains a masterpiece of the modern vision.

Item 1: Iconic Brooklyn Zoo Air Jordan 1
Relevant Customs, founded in 2012, is a diverse assembly of gifted shoemakers, who together changed the sneaker industry by pioneering the art of post-retail sneaker customization. Jon Silverman, a third generation American shoemaker, along with renowned artist Alexander John, created a process of remanufacturing branded footwear models. This innovation opened the door to unbridled artistic expression using this medium. Custom painted sneakers gave way to fully redesigned custom footwear that could be crafted from almost any material assortment imaginable. Consequently, Relevant Customs’ reputation for producing the finest quality reconstructions led to an elite list of celebrity customers and brands from Jay-Z, Beyonce, Lebron, Diddy, Wu-Tang, to Jagermeister, Arizona Iced Tea, Anheuser-Busc.
Following the mantra of, “We can make sneakers out of anything!”, the initial creative team of Jon, AJ and David Perez, gave birth to the iconic Brooklyn Zoo Air Jordan 1. Perfectly constructed from a variety of the finest exotic skins, this one-of-a-kind design captured an indelible piece of sneaker history. As the story goes, the Brooklyn Zoo went to GQ in NYC for a photo session, and then across the street to Rock Nation, where Jay-Z just fell in love with them. The perfect combination of events catapulted this unique wearable art to legendary status. When they went on sale there were only ten pairs of this ultra-rare AJ1 made. Originally sold for $3500, they now resell for over $25,000.

Artist Bio:
Leto Lama is a third-generation female Greek artist & designer based in London, UK that focuses on simplified and figurative abstract art on canvas influenced by both historical and modern art.
She comes from a family with deep artistic history; both mother and grandmother (respectively Eva Persaki and Gianna Persaki a student of Fernand Leger and Andre Lhote) are well-known Greek painters) while her grandfather was the renowned Greek poet Miltos Sachtouris.
Leto initiated her drawing and painting education at the age of 5, under the academic instruction of her direct family. Inspired by daily thoughts, travelling and real-life situations she minimises the details of her subjects to create simplified and figurative art.
