Camden Collective host many events that are designed to help Collective members get to know each other, collaborate and learn from each other. For example, we host Lunchtime Specials, Lunch Clubs and Collective socials. So that’s why we like to see Collective members working together and helping each other out.
This week we spoke to #CollectiveFam Johnnie from Villager Films to find out more about their collaboration with Farewill!
Villager Films are an award-winning creative production company, specialising in documentary and branded entertainment.
Farewill are an organisation changing the way we deal with death. Simple and affordable digital wills you can update anytime.
“The collaboration with Farewill happened at the start of the year; we came in to help them create a series of social advertising concepts to help explain their service and drive sign-ups. We produced 5 videos for them in the end, all based around reasons why someone might think they don’t need a will.”

“It was fantastic to work with a growing company like Farewill and take them through some strategic principles that we do with established brands like Disney and Treatwell.”
How did you meet Farewill?
“I met Farewill as they were on the same floor as us at the old Collective building and we got chatting in the kitchen. I then held a workshop for them to help them think about their brand a bit more, which helped a little I think/ hope! Then about half a year later, Dan (the CEO) asked me if we would be able to create some videos for them for their first big marketing push.”
The campaign helped to drive significant sign-ups, so it’s great to see Collective members learning from one another and collaborating in this way… There are endless networking opportunities available at our workspace!
