Keith is an entrepreneur who is at the frontier of technology. He founded Cloudnifier to bring cloud solution to both mature and emerging markets across Asia. The group maintains high growth since founded in 2013.
He is former SAP and HP executive managing a US$ 100M business in Asia, built up a team of energetic young professional for sustainable business outcome.
Ken has landed plenty of multi-millions deals of innovative solutions in a completely new markets for various company. He is specialized in formulate and execute Go-to-Market strategy to create and sustain repeatable growth.
He assisted Workday to extend footprint in China in early stage. Ken also delivered triple digits growth to SaaS business when he was the Director of HCM SaaS for Oracle.
Arnold Ng, Architect of CM2. He worked in Oracle for 18 years with solid experience on cloud platform and architecture, large scale enterprise business applications, leading and delivering several projects for large enterprise businesses.
He has extensive exposure in apps integration, governance, CRM and supply chain management. He also co-founded a start-up, building crowdfunding platform focused on creativity and merchandising.
Valerie is an experienced professional in finance, accounting, cash and investment management. She is a Certified Public Accountant and led multiple transformational projects for public sector and Global Fortune 500 enterprises when she was with PwC and Deloitte.
She is also the Founder of Lifestyle Brand, an O2O (Online to Offline) lifestyle brand in Hong Kong, holding the CFO position by herself.
Kenneth holds a CFA Charter and a CAIA Charter and is a member of the RICS. Kenneth has handled various types of valuations and financial modelling assignments for derivatives trading, public flotation, financing, joint-venture, merger & acquisition, litigation support/expert witness, etc. For the past ten years, Kenneth has been involved in conducting and reviewing over 400 valuations, with an estimated total valuation of over HKD160 billion performed on different businesses, financial instruments, intangible assets and fixed assets, covering a wide spectrum of industries including technology, financial services, property development projects and shopping malls, etc. He is a co-writer of the book “Mineral and Petroleum Companies in Hong Kong — A Practitioner’s Guide for Listing and Transaction Requirements” published in 2011.
Samuel graduated from the Faulty of Law from the University of Hong Kong. He is a practising solicitor of the High Court of the Hong Kong SAR. Samuel has 20 years’ experience in international capital markets. He assisted over ten private enterprises successfully listed and financed in international capital markets. He also served as director, company secretary, general counsel, head of IPO Team and vice president of various companies. Currently, Samuel is Committee Director of the Hong Kong Industry and Commercial Association and Chairman of Shatin’s branch, committee member of the Finance and Economic Expert Committee and former committee member of the Editorial Board of Money China Magazine of the National Development and Reform Commission of China. He is also the author of «Talks on Capital Market» published by the China Academy of Government Press.
Senior Executive at Hongtion Construction, a real estate developer based in Taiwan and China. 10 years experience in real estate investment, development and construction in Taiwan and China. Hongtion’s real estate projects are located in prime district at Taipei city, with premium and fine quality and bring Japanese building philosophies into the projects. Currently there are 10 prime real estate project focus on high end customer in luxury segment. She has track record of assisting family group invested in various commercial and logistic real estate with average 25% return per annum. She is also the CEO of a cosmetic surgery group in Taiwan. She holds Master degree in Civil Engineering in Tam Kang University.

Tina has over 20 years of experience as a branding and marketing communications specialist, having worked as Brand Manager of Procter & Gamble, Marketing Manager of Kraft Food, Marketing Communications Manager of adidas Hong Kong. She is passionate in advising clients on creative solutions (above the line, below the line and social media) to strengthen the brand equity and expand the customer base. She also has solid working and voluntary experiences with a variety of NGOs. Tina is a graduate of the Chinese University of Hong Kong with major in Engineering.
Xingbo Yu
10+ years in Oracle. Solid experience in big data, Saas infrastructure and platform. Currently working in ServiceNow. Beijing Tsinghua University and UC PhD in Computer Science.
Feng Zhou
7+ years in Oracle. Solid experience in Saas infrastructure and platform. Currently working in Facebook. Feng is graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and MIT PhD.
Tasman Tang
23 years licensed realtor, IT and investment veteran. Stanford University master graduate. With over 15 years of real estate investment experience in multiple states in US. Experience in long term investment in CA SF bay area with positive cash flow and 2.5 times appreciation over the years. Investment in Arizona apartment complex with immediate cash flow after closing.
Alex Zhang
Over 10 years experience in various positions in real estate management, investment and construction related business. Currently working as Director of Oversea Business at Huasheng Investment Holdings Group, an investment and construction building enterprise with registered capital of RMB 306 million, total assets of RMB 3.3 billion. Alex holds MBA from University of Oxford.
