Wall Street is feeling good this morning. The Dow opened up 80 points.

But America’s energy industry is struggling. Harvey is forcing a key energy pipeline to close its doors. The Colonial Pipeline transports more than 100 million gallons of gasoline, heating oil and aviation fuel as far as New York every day.

The relentless storm has led to a total of 13 oil refinery closures, and counting.

In addition, a flooded chemical plant in Crosby, Texas caught fire today and spewed black smoke.

Meanwhile, Wells Fargo has uncovered up to 1.4 million more fake accounts. The embattled bank now says it has found a total of up to 3.5 million potentially fake bank and credit card accounts, up from a previous estimate of 2.1 million.
