Gold rises to 2-month high and the Dow dips 37 points as tensions with North Korea intensify.

🎇 President Trump’s threats against North Korea yesterday appeared to spook the markets — for all but defense stocks. Raytheon shares were up 4%. Lockheed Martin shares were up nearly 5%. Northrop Grumman shares were up nearly 3%.

🎥 Netflix shares were down 2% after Disney announced yesterday it will pull content from Netflix and create its own streaming platforms. But Disney probably won’t kill Netflix, even as the streaming wars heat up. Disney shares were down more than 4%. 🌭 The company is ponying up at least $177 million to settle that “pink slime” lawsuit.
