[1] As graduation approached my friends started to drift away. I spent a lot of time in the past to build up these friendships, and it felt like such a waste of my youth to have most of my friends disappear from my life. Because I didn’t want to have to start over, I needed to make sure we would still have reasons to see each other even after we left. Does this sound familiar at all?

[2] This is how I felt when I was 18. It’s too bad I didn’t have the knowledge in this book I’m working on back then. We gave this writing project the code name CoalMont, signifying Black Mountain, because this is one of the biggest and darkest problems in life for many.

[3] Check this out, what’s crazy is that most people don’t understand this problem exists due to a lack of leadership. What’s crazier is that most people don’t understand what leadership truly means.

[4] While I was a teenager, I never read anything on leadership, yet I led myself to believe I’d been a leader. [Shortly after] I turned 20, five months ago, I met Nickanthony Quach, creator of Thumoslang.

[5] Thumoslang is the nomenclature for social life. If you want to become an expert in any field, you must first learn of its nomenclature. Thumoslang is the nomenclature for use in social life to achieve more consequential relationships with much less effort. To have better things in life, let Thumoslang turn you into a master of relationships and make you [as the individual] far more powerful than you’ve been led to believe.

[6] Though not fluent in Thumoslang yet, it has already made me far more powerful than I could ever have imagined. It gave me the power to effectively heal the relationship between me and my mother in a few weeks. Not less important, it gave me full understanding of the concept of leadership in a few words.

Leadership; that means, ahead of history.

[7] To be a group leader, you have to be at the forefront of the group’s history. Your leadership is effective when the history of your group is created according to your vision.

[8] My friend group didn’t see what was coming because none of us were creating history for our group. That meant that we had no leaders, so when high school ended we fragmented.

[9] This Black Mountain is not only a problem for students. Every other professional in the New World Order with lower and lower trade barriers among nations are forced to move from one city to another distant city. For some, from one nation to another distant nation, all within a few years. We are all desperate for a systematic solution, which is the objective of CoalMont.

[10] Life without CoalMont is unbearable!

Backstory

[11] CoalMont is a still-developing reality show on Ri4CTV: a YouTube channel based in Providence, Rhode Island. In the debut video, Hello, World!, Jairson Ascencao briefly tells viewers of his life as he introduces the series. Right before the filming, his speech was produced by both himself and his mentor, Nickantony Quach. That was only few months after they first met one another.

[12] During the last summer weeks of 2019, Jairson was in the tree flirting with a girl when Nick and his camera first saw them. The encounter is captured by the video, The First Encounter, and the video, The Old Drawbridge. Both kick-started the series, Jairson Ascencao, on Ri4CTV.

[13] Nick’s creation, Thumoslang, gave Jairson the power to effectively heal the relationship between him and his mother in a few weeks. Nick did not know that until after Jairson disclosed the fact in, Video Letter to Lucia, which is Episode 1 in Season 3 of the YouTube series NDBaker93.

[14] English is not Nick’s first language. Even with help from many over the course of a year, he could not come up with a good way to describe what Thumoslang is in few words.

[15] During the reception of a wedding in October, he met Lucia, the mother of a former roommate of the groom. When she asked him to explain what Thumoslang is, he tested the following thumbnail definition on her.

Thumoslang; that means, nomenclature for social life.

[16] Before Lucia had a chance to follow up, Nick followed through with only two sentences. If you want to become an expert in any field, you must first learn of its nomenclature. Thumoslang is the nomenclature for use in social life to achieve more consequential relationships with much less effort. When he saw that these two sentences erased the questions on her face, he silently celebrated and declared success in having an effective elevator pitch for his creation.

[17] Before working on Thumoslang in 2019, Nick heard how others explained it, in seminars as well as in articles, many times throughout his professional decades in the IT world. However, he did not realize the true meaning of leadership until he saw a group of bicycle riders heading South on Thayer Street in Providence. This realization is captured by the video, What is Leadership? How to Lead?, which is Episode 12 in Season 1 of the YouTube series NDBaker93.
