Acknowledge that for your learning process because learning requires calm time; no movement, no noise, only you and your way of processing it (like writing it down or laying down in your hammock and relax).

Download all required information to your computer, on a piece of paper or inside your head. Then disconnect from the stream to connect to your thoughts and let learning happen.
