Do you have trouble getting started on your writing projects? Are you constantly faced with the challenge of overcoming writers block? If so, you’re not alone. Many people find it difficult to get started, especially when they feel pressure to produce something great. In this article, I discuss Slavoj Žižek’s approach to writing, which may help you overcome writers block and write more!

If you haven’t heard of Slavoj Žižek, don’t worry. While his book covers consistently describe him as “the most dangerous philosopher in the west,” he is still, after all, a philosopher. So he may not be known in the mainstream consciousness. But whether you’ve heard of him or not, this guy can write. And he writes a lot. And it’s all… you know… philosophy. It’s not like some article on Medium about writers’ block. It’s about Hegelian dialectics, capitalism, and so on.

Recently, I heard his approach to writing, and I thought it was pretty interesting. In fact, I’m certain it’s something I’ve heard before, but it’s always better to hear advice from someone you respect. I always find it sticks with you better that way.
