Mental health is a huge topic in todays world, Social media is too. How can social media and mental health go hand and hand? well we will explain this. From the positives to the negatives and what you can do to make sure yourself and your peers don’t fall down the social media trap.

Here are the top 5 reasons and ways in which you can be more productive and get off of social media so you are more productive and can feel mentally better compared to sitting on your phone on social media
