AIESEC is the world’s largest non-profit student-run organisation. It helps young people with leadership development and volunteer exchange experiences, with a focus on empowering young people to make a positive impact on society. The AIESEC network includes around 70,000 members in 127 countries.

The second weekend of March was a very special one for AIESEC Brno! With the help of Kiwi.com, we organised a large training conference for more than 30 new faces. The main purpose was to educate, motivate, and inspire newbies to get to know the AIESEC community.

“The Local Training Conference for AIESEC in Brno and Hradec Králové was a great experience for all delegates. It took place in the Záseka complex near Vysočina, Czech Republic. The organisational team took great care of us and made sure we were all comfortable. We attended so many activities that we had no time to get bored. The conference team, managers, team leaders, and many more presented us with workshops and lectures to “get to know AIESEC”.

We also played games every evening to have a little fun and to get to know the people that we will be working with in the next semester. Thanks to the AIESEC team for preparing this unique experience. And special thanks goes to our sponsor Kiwi.com, who made the whole conference possible and rewarded each of us with a bag full of surprising gifts. We can’t wait for the next conference!”
