I — A clear mission
Your mission is clear. You have 7 days to build a DAO.
Fulfil your mission and you’ll earn your Motoko Bootcamp diploma. This diploma is your entry ticket to join an army of Web3 builders.
II — Your Allies & Mentors
Sounds tough? It is. But you won’t be alone in this challenge. At Motoko Bootcamp, you’ll meet others builders and build up your squad. On the first day, you’ll get to choose and build your team based on common interests, different projects and vibes. The correct allies are keys to victory.
III — Your Tools & Resources
In addition to your team members, you’ll access to our entire set of educational resources and assist lectures, coding session, presentations, interviews and more. The week will be packed with knowledge. Here is what’s included:
- 📚 A complete Motoko course: This includes video tutorials and five projects in Motoko, completed with corrections. The projects cover a range of topics including databases, tokens, voting systems, and web pages.
- 🍿 Six hours of lectures: These will focus on Motoko, the Internet Computer, and DAOs.
- 👨🏫 Six hours of mentoring sessions: Here, you can ask questions and receive personalised advice.
- 🎙️Three hours of interviews: These will feature key guest speakers from the Internet Computer Protocol (#ICP) ecosystem.
- 🌱 Three hours of brainstorming sessions: These are designed to help you generate and develop ideas.
IV- Your Enemies
“I can’t learn how to build a DAO in 7 days“ — “I don’t have enough experience” — “Motoko is too complex” — “I don’t have enough time”
At Motoko Bootcamp, the biggest challenge you will face is…. yourself.
Each of you will embark on this adventure with unique skills, experiences, and time commitments. I can’t promise that everyone will graduate, but I can assure you that with dedication and hard work, you’ll emerge from this week as a completely transformed builder, armed with the correct mindset, connexions and skills for starting the next phase of your journey.
Don’t fear failure; the only real risk is not trying at all.
