A Success Story with Behavior Services and Therapy: Revamping a Therapy Website
We had the pleasure of working closely on this project with Mike, the IT expert, and Kelly, the founder of Behavior Services and Therapy. It was a satisfying experience because they both have a strong passion for what they do, and we wanted to lighten their load by creating a new website for them. Having a website is essential in the modern business environment since it allows potential customers to learn more about your company. The original Behavior Services and Therapy website was archaic and had a vintage, 90s vibe that was out of touch with the caliber of their work. Using the City of South Bend’s Digital Storefront Grant program, we entirely redesigned the website to address this problem. We concentrated on building a website that made it obvious what services they offered and how to become engaged. This was crucial because the company deals with individuals on a daily basis and wanted to seamlessly integrate new clients.
The previous website had a lot of content and broken links, making it challenging for users to get the information they required. We moved the website to Squarespace to address this problem and make it simple for the group to maintain and update their website frequently. The material was presented in a way that made it easier for the reader to understand and was also more visually appealing.
According to the client, working with us was a “wonderful experience”. Finding the correct resources can be difficult for small businesses, so having a team of experts on hand can be quite beneficial. The contact between our team and theirs, which gave us the chance to pose queries and offer alternative viewpoints, was also welcomed by the customer.
Without the award, the organization would have kept using their outdated website because earlier quotations were out of their price range.
