Sadly I missed the lecture this week because I was sick but knocked out the programming exercises without too much fuss. I actually found the linter the most annoying part as it dictates *style* in a very particular way. Not saying it’s wrong but there were some things I wouldn’t normally do…
I’ve been going further in implementing my own python packages and refactoring some of my old python code this week.
Always amazing how much you learn and improve with time. I look back at what I did even last year and you forget where you were and what you used to do. That’s the nice thing about reflecting. It’s easy to forget how far you’ve come until you look back.
So I’m still hopeful that this course will get interesting in the next couple of weeks. I’ve got till March 31 to drop it if I don’t want to continue, but hope it doesn’t come to that.
