Week 9/10 Back From the Break

Over the break we were asked to choose a data set. At first I thought that looking at data usage in public and where data is used the most would be interesting. However I soon realised it would be near impossible to easily access a data set on this, so I abandoned that idea and moved onto a different topic i was interested in, film. The data set i finally decided on was an IMDB data set of films from 1927–2012 and it had a huge variety of headings for data, from actor to gross income all the way to facebook likes of the director, 1st, 2nd and 3rd actor. It was a great choice, although the facebooks likes seemed a bit useless to me.
