PART ONE: STARTING A PLAN
“Creating the physical performative pavilion”
We booked a library room for the whole day and hoped that we would come up with the ‘rich picture’ of our overall project. We however, discovered this wasn’t the case. We realised how many elements there are to still be added in the future of this project. So we decided on trying to focus on the NOW.
Slowly we begun to branch off each others ideas on the white board. Our aim was to look into new ways or any technologies we can implement to create a connection between every group through the use of BIM.
PART TWO: BEING SPECIFIC
We deconstructed the workflow further into a specific three areas for this weeks presentation, reffered to as the 3 P’s: projects, process and programs.

PART THREE: UNDERSTANDING

We understand that for this weeks task;
- We should conduct investigations into our group’s focus using materials suggested in class, course outline, as well as our own research.
2. Generate a list of questions that we haven’t been able to resolve for further discussion
3. Produce a series of diagrams and flow charts to illustrate the goals we aim to achieve.
Do all groups contribute to digitally modelling the design of the pavilion, or is this role specifically for one group?
All groups contribute in either the design or the application of the pavilion or both. You for example will be working with the digital making and fabrication for building ideas for the physical prototype as well as designing the data communication between the BIM model and other groups, BIM can be used as a design tool and I want to see how your inputs can enrich the design of the big pavilion and also the creative live documentation of it?
