Search and SEO Improvements

At Code.gov, we are constantly working to improve the website and how you interface with it. Our team of developers at Code.gov announces improvements to the search experience.

What’s changed

This release mainly focussed on adding filter boxes for more efficient searching of projects, and making URLs more friendly to search engines.

Change Details

• You can filter projects on both the Browse Projects page and Search Results page by federal agency, language, license, and usage type.
• URL has been updated to include #!, which will be more friendly to Google’s crawlers.
