When the COVID-19 global pandemic rocked the world in 2020, it crippled many businesses and organizations, so much that a lot of industries ran in the red for many months; it was a new, harsh, and seemingly inoperable circumstance for many as it spurred multiple lockdowns, compulsory stay-at-home and economy shutdowns in so many countries.
