AI-powered tech hiring platform CodeMonk has hit the right note with the addition of talent wallets. The wallet feature is merely a forerunner to the platform’s eventual transformation into a web-3-enabled platform.

So, what’s a talent wallet?

According to the product manager and the expert, a talent wallet will store all the earnings of tech talent.

To expand that further, CodeMonk enables companies and organizations to hire tech talents such as developers, engineers, data scientists, product managers, and many more. The talents thus engaged by the organizations get paid through the platform and through a transparent payment system of timesheets.

The talents can then withdraw these payments to their registered bank accounts or other modes specified by them to access it.

With the introduction of payment wallets, the tech talents on the platform can now get a chance to store payments and withdraw them whenever needed.

With the talent wallet, the transformation to Web-3 and the issue of tokens in the future are just a little behind.
